OPTICAL SERVICES

The optical department at Bellaire Family Eye Care offers patients high quality fashion eyewear, with the latest in lens technologies, at competitive prices. The in-house, full service optical lab features fast, convenient service for our patients. Our experienced opticians are ABO Board Certified Optical Technicians, and are able and ready to work with patients of all ages.


Our optical staff works with each patient individually to ensure they receive the best fit for comfort, style, and vision. This includes exceptionally lightweight glasses with the strength of titanium, prescription swim goggles, designer frames, indestructible children’s frames (well almost!), and sunglasses for every sport and recreational need.

Some of the designer frame lines we carry include Vera Wang, Oakley, Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Emporio Armani, Nike, Revo and Ray Ban.

All of our eyewear comes with an exclusive 2-year warranty, which covers any damages or breakages that may occur under normal wear. We will repair or replace your frames at no cost to you one time during the entire 2-year period.

We also offer an Eyewear Protection Plan, which provides insurance for the loss of your glasses. The cost of the plan is $20 per year and is included with the purchase of a pair of glasses. This allows you to replace your eyewear for 50% of its original cost if lost or stolen. This plan is particularly recommended for children! For details, please speak with our optical staff.
